During a Reiki session, your Reiki practitioner will lay their hands on your body in a series of hand positions to deliver Reiki energy. You might feel a floating sensation, emotional release, increased relaxation, enhanced sense of balance, centeredness, or calm.

A gentle blend of Reiki and sound healing tailored to you and your body's unique needs. Part energy work, part sound bath designed to help you relax, release, and reconnect with your bliss.
Reiki & Sound sessions are 1-on-1 with the individual receiving support while relaxing on a massage table. Accommodations are available; please let me know how I can best support you.

✨ Blissful Households In-Studio Session: A personalized family energy alignment & sound bath. This in-studio offering seeks to support and align the energies of your family members through Reiki, sound, and embodiment activities. Tailored to your family's specific needs, this supportive experience is sure to leave you and your loved ones refreshed, realigned, and reconnected.
Blissful Households In-Studio sessions are for up to 5 family members of all ages. We will gather on floor cushions and chairs for a combination of guided relaxation and breathing exercises, as well as Reiki and sound healing. If you have a favorite pillow, blanket, stuffed animal, or floor cushion, please feel free to bring it to your session. Accommodations are available, please let me know how I can best support your family.
✨ Blissful Households at Home Session: This in-home offering seeks to support and align the energies of your household through Reiki, sound, and embodiment activities. Whether we gather on your living room floor, in the backyard, or any other cozy space, this supportive experience is sure to leave you and your loved ones refreshed, realigned, and reconnected without having to leave your home.
